Our routine maintenance services are designed for those of you that are either very busy individuals, travel often in your profession, or simply want your water feature professionally maintained to ensure optimal enjoyment. Please remember that your water feature is LOW Maintenance, NOT Maintenance free. All packages are based on a monthly payment basis (April - November) and include the following products and services.
Pricing/Services
- Frequency - Bi-Monthly (2 Times/Month)
- Fee - $150.00/Month
- No Obligations - pay as you go and Cancel at any time
- 10% "KOIn" Credit for prepayment of 4 - 8 Months
- Scheduled on site visits (You will receive a maintenance schedule so that you can make any special requests with us in advance)
- Basic Water Quality Analysis
- Water Treatment Applications (Bacteria, String Algae treatments, etc.)
- Lighting check
- Water level check
- Basic Fish Health Analysis
- Basic Plant Health Analysis - Includes thinning of overgrown aquatic plants
- Debris and String Algae Removal if necessary
- Fall Preparation services will be performed during the November service visit.
- Report of your pond health (Water, Plant and Fish Health)
- Free Emergency service calls. (Leaks, Pump Replacement, etc).
- Special 15% "KOIns" Credit on all in store purchases.
Payment/Scheduling Upon approval of the terms and conditions you will receive a list of your scheduled maintenance visits for the remainder of the year. You will receive a Monthly Statement for the previous months services. Payment in full is due within 30 days of invoiced date. Please refer to the Scheduled Mainetnance Services Contract for further details. |
