Reorganization News: Recently, we merged the 17 year old Ondra-Huyett Associates, our construction management organization with the 6 year old Ondra-Huyett Construction Services, LLC, our former general contracting or small projects division. Integrity has always been our watchword and we have reorganized our company to insure that integrity is maintained. Now, Ondra-Huyett Associates | Managers & Builders offers seemless construction management and general contracting services for our clients with efficiency, effectiveness and value.
This merger enables us to significantly improve our efficiency and our effectiveness to deliver great construction projects, both large and small, to our clients with an overriding emphasis on cost control.
Ondra-Huyett will continue to search for project opportunities to build new and renovated offices, industrial facilities, medical and health care facilities, private educational facilities, as well as specialty resort and hospitality projects. We target all project sizes from basic fit-outs on up to our full capability in the $30 to 40 million range.
With over 28 Awards of Excellence received since 1995 and the data to support our ability to deliver projects "on time & under/ at budget" Ondra-Huyett continues to provide a full range of construction services and proudly stands behind all of our projects.
