After building so many office, flex and industrial buildings in the region as a construction manager, we found that some building owners needed general contracting services for "fit-out" and tenant improvement projects.

We launched the general contracting side of our business in 2004.

They grew a staff of carpenters, laborers and concrete construction tradespeople who would self-perform in the GC marketplace.

With up to 25 skilled craftsman, Ondra-Huyett Construction Services, LLC (OHCS) has been very successful by many standards, but most successful as evidenced by the growing list of new clients and the number of clients who use OHCS over and over again.
