Peace Village rainbow
Greetings!

Hello.  We'd like to welcome you again to the Sunray Peace Village

The Peace Village is maintained year-round by the Sunray Peace Village Land Trust (SPVLT), a non-profit organization that holds the land in trust.  To support the land, you can become a member of the SPVLT, or renew your annual membership, by making a tax-deductible contribution of $85 for a family, $50 for an individual, or more.  Details are below.
Our secure site will accept your contributions.

It is also still a fine time to register for the 25th Annual Elders' Gathering at the Peace Village, upcoming on July 24-26, with Elders' workshops on the 27th and 28th.  Click here to register.  Click here for more information.

Thank you.

SUPPORT THE PEACE VILLAGE
JOIN THE SUNRAY PEACE VILLAGE LAND TRUST

The Peace Village supports many joyful activities: our year-round sacred fires, our ceremonies and celebrations, our gatherings in the arbor to pray with our relatives and ancestors, the annual Elders' Gathering, and the teachings of countless special beings.   It is a sacred danceground, and a vibrant manifestation of the vision of Venerable Dhyani Ywahoo.

In return for the generosity of our land, we commit to taking care of it; the Sunray Peace Village Land Trust is a membership organization whose sole charge is to maintain the land, the buildings, and right relationship with the many beings who dwell in and around the Peace Village - our four-legged, two-legged, flying, swimming, and multi-dimensional neighbors.

We invite you to join the Sunray Peace Village Land Trust and help to support this vital land we all hold dear.  Annual memberships are $85 for families and $50 for individuals.  Larger donations are also welcome.  Your contribution will enable the Land Trust to:
  • pay for building, equipment and grounds maintenance, gas, electricity, telephones, snowplowing, lawn mowing, insurance, and a summer caretaker, as well as contribute to the completion of special projects.

This year, those special projects include plans to:

  •  re-engineer the Peace Village parking lot to prevent flooding,
  • complete Peace Village Marketing Plan and develop materials designed to attract like-minded organizations to hold their programs here,
  • develop special events programs as SPVLT fundraisers,
  • renovate the West bathhouse.
Membership is one way to signify your participation in the circle of reciprocity that enfolds us all.  Your Land Trust membership also gives you:
  • Reduced camping fees
  • Free SPVLT newsletter
  • Free registration and camping at the annual SPVLT retreat
  • A receipt for your tax deduction

So please join us!  If you have been a member in the past, please renew your membership.

If you have ever invited friends to an Elders' Gathering or ceremony, or simply know people who might be interested in supporting this unique Peace Village, please consider inviting them to become members as well.  You may forward this e-mail to them, or you can purchase gift memberships in their name.

Thank you.

Remember, you can also camp at the Peace Village.  It is $15 nightly, or $75 weekly, for individuals to camp who are members, $25 nightly, or $125 weekly, for families to camp who are members.  More for non-members.  For more information, or an application for Peace Village usage, please contact the SPVLT at PO Box 291, Bristol, VT 05443  Tel: (802) 453-4610.
May all beings benefit,
