- The Maryland Home Performance Rebate Program has added another $500K. This extends the life of the program by several months.

Maryland Energy Administration Announces $500K Extension of Popular Home Performance Rebate Program

| UPDATE - The MEA added $500K to the pot of rebate funds bringing the new total to $1.52. As of today, $960K of the $1.52M has been allocated.
UPDATE - ecobeco leads the State with over 115 customers receiving rebate reservations so far, and many more in the works. We're working hard with our contractor partners to make sure you get those rebates!
 It only took just 5 months to exhaust the
original pool of money. This is a lot less time than originally anticipated. We hope this extension will take us through the summer season, but you should act now to get your reservation submitted! In combination with utility rebates, the Maryland Home Performance Rebate helps Maryland homeowners get over 50% back in rebates for completing energy efficiency improvements in their homes during 2011.
