Get 'em while you can!
Red Chair NWPA & Hop Henge Experimental IPA 
are two hop forward brews that will tickle your tongue with citrus and perk up your peepers with unbelievable hop aromas. According to The Pour Fool (Seattle, WA blog), "Hop Henge is bottled sunshine for your cold, gray winter," and Red Chair NWPA can be considered a 'sexy beer'! Call them what you will. But beware friends...these beers will disappear as surely as winter makes w ay for spring and spring turns to summer. Then you will ask yourself, or us, about that itch you cannot scratch. "When can I get that Red Chair and Hop Henge again!!?" Smiling sympathetically, we'll say, "...patience grasshopper, you must wait until the world once again needs a bottle of seductive sunshine." |

Calling All Beer Geeks: Novice to Expert!
Ever wanted to drink beer in class with your professor? Here is your chance! Deschutes Brewery is pleased to offer a series of beer education classes, taught by our very own genius brewers. Learn about the culture and science of beer, malted barley and hops, oak-aging and more. Classes are limited to 20 participants. For more information, go to: www.deschutesbrewery.com/dbu
Classes are held in the Deschutes Brewery Mountain Room on the first Tuesday of every month from 6-8 pm, beginning March 1st. Cost is $25/person (includes class, tasting throughout, snacks, a pint of beer, and your very own special pint glass). |

The first annual Pairing 4 Amoré food & beer tasting will couple deliciously handcrafted Deschutes Brewery beer with aphrodisiac-inspired recipes. Aphrodite, a chocolate fig stout has been brewed just for this night. Bring your Valentine or your favorite beer drinking buddies and at the very least, fall in love with great food & beer! 3rd Annual Chocolate Beer Dinner
Saturday, March 19th | 6 pm
Chocolate is often referred to as a gift from the gods. At Deschutes Brewery it is no different. Every course will include...you guessed it...chocolate, and will be paired with a specialty hand-crafted brew. Join us open house style at Deschutes Brewery in Bend. Take a self-guided tour, meet our brewers and sample some of our favorite brews. Homebrewers will also be given a booklet of clone recipes and a 3 oz bag of delectable whole flower hops to take home!
For this day only, our Portland Pub will be offering tours of our brewhouse with brewers on-site to answer all of your questions!
