The Codference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Worcester on May 3rd and 4th. This year's Codference will be more interactive, with new sessions providing up-to-date Blue Cod developments. Sessions include information on BPO and Blue Cod's latest enterprise solution, Gatewise, a platform comprised of a multitude of products that will significantly change how software is engineered at Blue Cod. Blue Cod Technologies, Inc. of Marlborough, MA, is pleased to announce their newest customer Specialty Benefits Corporation, LLC (SBC). SBC will market and sell new subscription services to employers countrywide. Blue Cod will handle all service functions including theTen Years Imageissuance of all new identity theft assistance fulfillment letters, premium collection, and basic customer service calls for all of SBC's subscribers. Each member company will collect premiums through their own payroll deduct system, provide completed registration forms and then forward to Blue Cod for processing.

Ten Years ImageLittle did anyone know that Monday, March 15th would be the busiest day for the BPO Customer Service Team in regard to call volume in close to a year! And it would also the busiest day ever by far for First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims for one of our clients, Narragansett Bay Insurance Company.

Blue Cod's BPO BETS (Business Enhancement Team Services) unit is a specialty team that works with all of the other BPO teams, as well as other Operations teams, to take on unique projects that are outside the scope of normal daily transactions.
