Ten Years. That's a milestone most people wouldn't dare consider when starting a new venture. And yet, here we are... I remember the sense of absolute panic when I informed by former "boss" that I was leaving to start my own company. That moment was second on the "nerve wracking scale" only to the moment on the previous day when I sat down to tell my wife what I had in mind. 
The largest of Blue Cod's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) department is our Policy Processing Services team, which consists of 18 specialists. Charmene Sanchez has been the manager of the department for the past four years and gives kudos to her team for doing such a fantastic job. "This is a very important team in our business," said Ms. Sanchez. "High accuracy standards are what are important to us and our customers. So we do everything to make sure we hit those standards."
