Community business leaders can access the knowledge and experience of eleven internationally-acclaimed leaders by attending the Chick-fil-A Leadercast at the Boise Training Center in Jackson, Alabama on May 6, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. The Chick-fil-A Leadercast is a one-day leadership training event broadcast LIVE from Atlanta, Georgia to hundreds of sites throughout the nation, including Jackson, Alabama. Speakers for the event include:

Continuing Education Credit Options:
Option 1: Letter of Participation, Certificate of Professional Development, and Event Curriculum
· Attendees may take these documents to their individual accrediting associations in order to achieve credit independently.
· These documents recognize the completion of 5.5 hours of professional development and list the topics discussed during the program. These items fulfill most continuing education requirements, but the participant is responsible for understanding their own professional requirements in this area.
· These items will be distributed to the attendees on the event date (Friday, May 6, 2011).
Option 2: CEU Credits through the University of Georgia
· The University of Georgia is offering .5 CEU's for participation in the event.

Option 3: Nursing Credits through the University of Cincinnati
· The University Of Cincinnati College Of Nursing is offering 5.5 contact hours for participation in the event.
· The host site will distribute cards to nurse attendees.
· Cards will contain the URL, www.chick-fil-aleadercast.com/nurse, along with a password to obtain credit.
· Attendees will receive credit once they log onto this website and fill out an evaluation to prove attendance.
· $11 processing fee
· NOTE: Not all states require contact hours for nurses, so please check with your state for verification.
· After you submit your evaluation and payment of $11, you will receive an email with a certificate, for your files, for attending Chick-fil-A Leadercast.
