This is a couple of special requests and a reminder you may be interested in.

1. The Yoga Source is now on Facebook. You can be a fan of the studio and also a friend of mine. I've tried to find as many of you as I could but it would be great if you could find me. 

2. If you are not busy next Tuesday afternoon after yoga class, my son Chris is looking for yoga models of all ages and looks for a photo shoot at the studio. He is a professional photographer who will use the photos for IStock, a company that sells stock photos for a variety of purposes. The compensation for your time isn't much, just a Mellow Mushroom pizza lunch and a professionally finished photo of yourself in yoga mode, but it should be a lot of fun. Please email me or tell me in class before Friday if you are willing to participate as Chris has given me a few instructions to pass along and I need a head count for lunch.
