Many of us have heard of "the record", but this panel will address what is really a record, and how to make a proper record. In addition, the presenters provide specific case examples, along with other great practice pointers.

The Young Lawyers Section of the Missouri Bar is hosting a mixer for members of the Network (Springfield's Young Professionals division of the Chamber of Commerce), and SMBA Young Lawyers. The mixer is an opportunity to welcome any and all new members of the Missouri Bar sworn in at the enrollment ceremony on October 5.
