Two plans are offered. Once your library purchases a plan, the benefits are available to any staff member. With pre-payment your library gains benefits at no additional charge, including attendance at one or more online conferences. Amigos will help you keep track of Passport hours that have been used.

Need an introduction or refresher on reference services? This summer class is for you. Reference and Information Services will introduce you to key concepts and tools necessary in information access and delivery.

Upon completing this class, you will be knowledgeable about the application of core reference principles and information technologies as they relate to daily activities of library and information providers. This course also explores and analyzes real-world reference issues as they pertain to resource selection, user privacy, and confidentiality.

Reference and Information Services meets four times, August 3, 10, 17, and 24, from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. CDT each day.
