TAE/TExpress Initiates Barcode-based Package Tracking System!
Amigos Library Services launched a barcode-based tracking system this fiscal year for all participating Trans-Amigos Express/TExpress courier service libraries. All packages for an institution are now tagged with barcodes that drivers scan at each transaction point for incoming and outgoing shipments. (Read more...)

FY2012 TAE/TExpress Customer Service Survey Forthcoming!
Next month, the annual courier service customer service satisfaction survey will be electronically distributed to each institution's designated Trans-Amigos Express/TExpress contact. If your contact has changed, please advise Amigos at tae@amigos.org. We hope to learn from your responses about the quality of the service you received last year and any suggestions for improvements in the service as we move forward. Your input is invaluable and will help us shape the program to better meet your needs, so please take a few moments to complete the survey and return this important information to us.
