19 Union Street Building |
SPO Move Planned for September 17th.
By Joseph Young Mapping Coordinator
The State Planning Office will be closed on September 17th.
All State Planning Office programs will be moving to a new office building and
the staff is busy preparing their offices for the move. We will be working hard
to minimize disruptions in service to the public but there will be times when
immediate responses to questions or requests for information will be delayed.
On September 15th and 16th everyone
will be engaged in packing program files and readying equipment for the move.
All packing must be completed and ready for pick up on Friday the 17th.
On Monday the 20th all staff will
be engaged in unpacking, setting up their office space and beginning the
process of organizing program files in the new offices. SPO Staff will respond to calls and requests for information as quickly as possible.
If you anticipate needing assistance please try to contact
our staff either before the move or after.
