A Note from Our Photographer
Photos from the Spring Illinois Pinto show are finally ready for your viewing and ordering. Sorry for the delay. They will be available until 6-27-09.
The photos are organized in the photo galleries by groups of classes, then mostly in order taken. Not all images are in order, so look around and check in the misfiled gallery. Sorry for the inconvenience. There are some crude markers for the start of some classes.
There is also a section of miscellaneous photos. These are edited photos, shots of the grounds and odds-n-ends. Don't forget to check out this section more than once as pix will get added from time to time.
Custom editing- Minor editing- red eye removal, color temp, brighten/darken cropping- can be done in-house and then reloaded; usually at no cost. If you have an interest in a photo that has an issue, contact me so we can discuss the options. To correct every image would have delayed all of the pix for several days to a week, so I didn't crop or edit the red eye out- but I gladly will on any images you would like. Just let me know which ones.
Advanced editing- Combining images, darkening corners or blurring backgrounds, changing shirt (or horse) color, object removal, & much more, is usually done by the lab and charges apply, again call for details.
What you will view are low quality low density thumbnails. The detail is limited but loading/viewing is much faster. However sometimes it will not give enough detail- (are my eyes open or some such question). If you have any reservation on an image email or call; I can look at the full size file and try to answer your questions.
Photographs can be ordered individually.
o For huge savings I have several packages available.
o The larger the package the more you can save.
Only one image can be used for each package.
Custom packages are possible on large orders.
Bulk discounts & Metallic Prints can be arranged thru me directly, not via the link.
Also- During the spring show I had a Video Slide Show running of photos taken at several shows during the summer 2008. After having multiple requests, I have put them online as well for your viewing and purchase.
Metallic paper can be custom ordered directly from me, not on the site, sorry for any inconvenience.
To see your horse, follow the link on the Il pinto site or go to http://www.seemyprints.com/ Just type in any part of the show name (It is listed as: PtHA Illinois Pinto Horse Show Spring.) and click on the search button. There is no password needed even though they will sometimes ask for it. Leave it blank and move on. Next enter your email address, then click on the log in button and you should be seeing your horse and all of your friends soon. If you have any questions please call, my information is at the bottom of your screen. Please be patient as a lot of the site was just rebuilt, so I may not have all of the answers off the top of my head.
When you send an order notify Dennis by email at fireman224rfd@hotmail or Laura. We will track your order through the lab to eliminate any delays. Leave a phone number in your email.
The lab that will process your order uses only Kodak silver halide based papers and has served my customers well since 1984.
FYI Just a tidbit for you... if you ever purchase a photo delivered on the spot as at a show, amusement park or Santa at the mall type of vendor, that photo will have a short life span. Get it copied as soon as possible as it may fade in just a few years. This is why I use only one pro lab that I can trust to deliver TRUE photographs, not ink jet garbage.
