1. High Point Awards: Beth and Mrs. Petrovic are doing high point awards.
2. Advertising: Take flyers to various barns, feed stores  &    tack shops.
3. In charge of getting ribbons organized and  from Tammy.
4. Food: Rocco has volunteered-go Rocco!! Work  with Rocco on menu, quantities, etc.
5. Setting up Friday before the show:  June 5th.
6. Running the office;  Heather has volunteered.  But she could use help.
7. Tabulating High Point
8. Ring Steward
9. Cashier.  Shelby the Youth Treasurer.
10. Gate Person.
11. Set up Tack Sale Table.
12. Announcer;  Mark Killick.
13. Confirming and communicating with Judge.
14. Bringing, setting up and taking down all items for gaming; bucket of sand, flags.
15.  Bringing items for the "fun" classes; eggs......
16. Dragging the arena at break time.  
17. Clean up crew for when show is finished, stalls, garbage and more.
18. Dry Creek is looking for volunteers to come anytime the week before to help get the barn and grounds ready.
