Preschool at Darlington Arts Center |
Open House: March 30, 9am-Noon
Education through Music, Art, Dance & Drama Ages 3 - 5 9 am - Noon 2, 3 or 4 days a week
Darlington has had preschool for many years that was an enrichment program for students. We've heard from parents again and again that their children learned more at our preschool, while enjoying it more, so we've decided to launch a full-fledged program!
There is a certified teacher who defines the curriculum for each age group and in coordination with the arts specialists. We cover all the early education areas including social development. Our emphasis is on learning through play while introducing the structure of a classroom setting and fine motor skills.
For older students who want a 5 day option, the Afternoon Kindergarten Arts Program is an option with the ability to have students dropped off at Darlington from local schools.
