Yup, I know....I know it's been hard to catch up with me lately, but I've been training and getting ready for the NFL season to begin so I want to start off by saying sorry to everyone that has been trying to get a hold of me but chasing this money isn't as easy as it looks in this recession! Shout out to Michael Strahan(retired NY Giant) who unlike many other athletes......I won't say any names(Brett Favre NY Jets????) can retire and go out on top of his game and it's not all about the money! I know you're probably saying to yourself, that picture looks real and it is, however I got benched before the season started due to "my neck and my back" injury but "I settled out of court for $20,000 and a 40 oz." LOL! I'm lyin..........take it easy. Well the 4th Quarter of 2008 is upon us and that means Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and plenty of FOOTBALL! This week is the classic rivalry between the U of L Cardinals vs. the U of K Wildcats and it's gonna be another head to head game! Go Cards! I will be djing and tailgating with the B96.5 staff (V. Sizzle and EZ Bluegrass) so come out tailgate with us as we cheer the Louisville Cardinals to victory and we have station giveaways for our listeners. Aside from football too many parties to mention except for mine(haha!) but plenty of entertainment if you're in the Louisville area or just visiting! It all starts off tonight, The Goodtimers present Cufflinks and Cocktails @ The Riverbend Winery with Maestro J and his live band on level 1 and me (DJ Q) level 2 rockin' the 1's and 2's with all the latest music and a party environment the crosses all ages and genres for your entertainment needs! Saturday August 31st it all goes down @ Petrus Night Club with the Lavish Lyfe "Level Saturdays" The Labor Day Blackout Edition with 3 levels of entertainment with Mic Check Band on level 3(The Jazz Club), DJ Taz & Bruce Wayne(KYMP Kamp DJ's) on level 2(The Hip Hop Club) and me DJ "Q" on the 1st level in the VIP Lounge keepin' the party movin' with the musical soundtrack only a baller could appreciate! Hosted by the Midday Mami "JC White" as she "Puts on...for her city" like no other one could! Sunday August 31st it doesn't stop as the party moves to the Saints Skybar (131 Breckinridge Ln.) with C.I.C.(Cuttin' It Close) celebrates their 5 yr. anniversary w/Maestro J and DJ "Q" play all the way into Labor Day!!!
