Greetings!

Body Temple LogoSummer Greetings Everyone!

Thanks for all of your well-wishes and blessings on my journey of marriage (the first month has been full of bliss)!

I hope the longer days are treating you well and you are getting out and getting some exercise! I have several clients on vacation this summer, and therefore, plenty of appointments available. Please contact me for a tune-up session. Many clients have been helped recently with a gait analysis on the treadmill or a bike-fitting session. Let me know if you are interested in pain-free exercise!

Are you an online social bee? Than check out my new business page on facebook:

In this issue, I have a refer-a-friend summer special (good through July- see coupon). I have a few policy updates regarding house-calls and my name change (please read). I also have gathered new health and fitness links for you to peruse at a leisurely pace (see below). Scroll down for the good stuff! I hope you enjoy!

Policy Notes

  • My name change process is rolling along. I have my new social security card and the next step is to change the driver's license (the first available DMV appointment is not for another 3 weeks). So, until I have all the documents I need to change my business bank account, please continue to write your checks out to "Liz Gillem PT" until you hear otherwise.
  • I have successfully transitioned all but 3 of you to come to my beautiful new studio space (you know who you are). Beginning September 1st, 2010 I will charge an additional $50 per house call to make-up for my lost time driving to and from your house. I am not accepting new house call clients. You can avoid the charge by having your sessions in my studio.
  • There will be NO CLASS FRIDAY JUNE 11th (it's wedding season)! Congrats Amanda and Pierce!
