It is that time of year again where the sun goes south and we need a little more sleep and rest than normal. Don't let the hibernating sun fool you- we still need exercise to flush out the toxins of the holiday gluttony and sweetness.

As a remedy to the darkness, I am opening up a new circuit class Fridays at noon (starting December 4th). It is open to those of you who have successfully rehabilitated your injuries and want to drop in for a quick hour of exercise in the Oakland Studio. The class will target core stability and the major muscle groups in the body. Scroll down for details and email Liz with any questions.

Pre-natal/Post-Partum Classes Discontinued*...

...and Intermediate Circuit Class To Be Added!
Fridays at noon- beginning December 4, 2009

 
Beginning Body Temple Movement Class
Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:10 pm
(Tuesday classes will not be interrupted with the Thanksgiving or Winter Holidays).



NEW: Intermediate/Advanced Body Temple Movement Circuit Class
Fridays noon to 1:00 pm

Get your groove on and your holiday pounds off as your heart rate goes up with my new circuit class! 18 exercise stations times 3 minutes each equals 54 minutes of fun!

(no class December 25th or January 1st).
Check with Liz to see if Intermediate is suitable for your fitness level.

* Any women in the pre-natal or post-partum phase of pregnancy may join the Tuesday night class with a 60-minute pre-screen, individual, session.

All classes are held in my North Oakland Studio location- please contact me for the exact address. $15 Drop-In and 6 pre-paid classes for $80.
