Greetings! It is that time of year again where the sun goes south and we need a little more sleep and rest than normal. Don't let the hibernating sun fool you- we still need exercise to flush out the toxins of the holiday gluttony and sweetness.
As a remedy to the darkness, I am opening up a new circuit class Fridays at noon (starting December 4th). It is open to those of you who have successfully rehabilitated your injuries and want to drop in for a quick hour of exercise in the Oakland Studio. The class will target core stability and the major muscle groups in the body. Scroll down for details and email Liz with any questions.
