| Community Leaders | Connect with youth civic leaders
Public officials and other community leaders are invited to partner with high school students to solve community issues impacting children and youth through the Youth Voice - Leadership Alliance program.
- Student leaders and emerging leaders meet regularly with community leaders to provide a youth perspective in policy and decision-making.
- It is a great way for students to build civic leadership skills and interests - and, it is a good way for you to learn the issues - and solutions - on the minds of today's students.
- Contact us about setting up a meeting with the youth council or smaller groups of students. The group meets regularly, usually at the Government Center and at schools.
- Tell us how we can help you. Share an issue or topic where youth feedback would be helpful to you. Teens can weigh in at a meeting or by email, social media or text message. Get thoughtful feedback on policies and decisions impacting K-12 students.
