Join us at LDStudios for our monthly Beginners social night! This night is dedicated to Beginners in all styles to practice your moves in a non-intimadating environment, mingle, meet other beginners to feel more comfortable and confident stepping out on the dance floor.

We have created this unique night by request from beginner level students. Although everybody is welcome to attend, remember this night is specially catered towards beginners. Slow to medium paced music will be played.

2012 Hanmer Salsa Fest

Salseros from Christchurch, Dunedin, Westcoast, Blenheim, Nelson, Wellington, Wanganui & Auckland will combine this year and spend an awesome snowy winter weekend in Hanmer to move to the rythms of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and Cha cha cha at the Hanmer Memorial Hall.

The blonde beautiful Chrissy was born in Yorkshire, England in the sign of the Pieces. About 3 years ago while visiting her Argentinian daughter in law, Delfina in Lake Tahoe, she took Chrissy out to the clubs one nights and she got her first taste of Latin dancing! Chrissy promised Delfina she would learn to Latin dance - and she did!
