What an amazing weekend it was at the 7th Annual
Sydney Salsa Congress! Latinissimo C-Team, Gian & Masha and Tania & Enrique did a phenomenal representation for New Zealand! In total Latinissimo dancers did 3x performances on the weekend!
Latinissimo C-Team consisting of 10 members did their performance on the Friday night at the congress. Dancers included;

Tania & Enrique presented their solo routine consisting of Paso, Samba and Jive, which was without a doubt incredibly popular among the spectators!
Gian & Masha conducted a full house workshop (over 100 participants) on Friday afternoon and a second workshop early on Sunday morning! They also premiered their brand new Salsa choreography on Saturday night which was a great hit!

SALSA CONGRESS FAQ: Is a Salsa Congress a competition? No, to keep it short - its like a convention or exhibition where salsa dance enthusiasts, instructors and schools (from many parts of the world) gather for a full weekend of learning, sharing and displaying what they do and how the do everything that falls under the category of Salsa or "street Latin".
