Message from the CEO
| | Dear Colleagues,
Nothing has changed. Or perhaps everything is changing. Our mission remains the same, to be a leader in teleradiology by providing superior quality patient care. But now, as of the beginning of this year we are part of a larger organization. RadNet, a national leader in providing high-quality, cost-effective diagnostic imaging services through a network of owned and operated outpatient imaging centers acquired Imaging On Call to be its teleradiology arm. We are operating as a fully independent subsidiary. Same staff, same doctors, same passion. Night after night (and now daytimes too), we strive to meet our commitments for the delivery of high quality teleradiogy services to our clients. The potential is significant. We will be supported by a company dedicated to delivering high quality imaging services to its clients. We first got to know RadNet through two of our existing customers. These are both radiology groups with hospital contracts as well as supporting their own imaging centers. Two highly skilled groups dedicated to the delivery of quality patient care. This seems like a great fit to us. The cover story of the January 2011 issue of Radiology Today magazine is titled "5 Things to Watch in 2011". The number one thing to watch is Teleradiology and Tomorrow's Radiology Practice. Jim Knaub writes "simply put, teleradiology is reshaping radiology practice". While our intent is to continue to be an extension of the practices we serve, we also intend to be on the forefront of changes in technology, standards and service delivery. The other four things to watch? Dose Management, Healthcare Reform, The Economy and PET/MRI. We continue to watch for changes to radiology caused by all of these. I welcome your comments and would like to know your primary issues as we enter this new year together. As always, feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. Respectfully, Mike Lampron, CEO Imaging On Call P: 888-647-5979 x1011 E: mlampron@imagingoncall.com

After graduating Tehran University, Dr. Emamian lived in Denmark where he completed a Radiology Residency and then received a PhD in Research from Copenhagen University. In 1995, he moved to the United States and completed additional training including a Pediatric Radiology Fellowship as well as a second year for a Pediatric Neuroradiology Fellowship at the Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Emamian joined Imaging On Call in 2005 as a teleradiologist. "During the past 25 years, I have seen a wealth of innovations in the field of radiology. Developments in CT, MRI, Ultrasound and PACS have been amazing with sophistication of these modalities to the level of perfection. I find teleradiology to be the dominant factor and the field has the potential to surpass all these other innovations in importance." Dr. Emamian continues, "it has been a good learning experience to be part of this development while working at IOC." Read more about Dr. Emamian's diverse background. |

| New Customers, New Services | | |
While we sit in our New York office counting a total of ten snowstorms already this winter, it's nice to know that it's 70 degrees and sunny in Florida. It's even nicer to know that we have successfully implemented our teleradiology services at the a large hospital in south Florida and plan to deliver servie to several additioanl Florida hospitals in the near futture.
Report Retrieval Just Got Easier!
IOC is also offering customers a new methodology to access patient reports and radiology images. This data is sent directly to any email and web enabled PDA or mobile phone. Physicians no longer have to remain at their computers to access this vital information.
Mobile report retrieval enhances communication, saves time and increases the quality of patient care.
