Message from the CEO
|
| Dear Colleagues,
If you are anything like me, then you spend long
periods of time at random airports around the country. The one thing I
frequently notice is inspirational marketing material that inevitably contains
the word "strategy" in it. It is my
belief that the two most misunderstood, yet commonly used words, in business
today are "strategy" and " execution"; I hear them all the time.
The
more I've thought about this, the more I've realized that in Teleradiology the
term "strategy" should be really simple. At IOC, our job is to make our
customer's job easier. Period! There shouldn't be a complicated "Mission
Statement", and we shouldn't have long discussions about "strategy" and the
perfect execution. However, if we must
insist on using the word strategy, then IOC's strategy is to follow the Golden
Rule: "Do unto others..." (we know the rest). As a client myself, I know the value in being told
the truth. I appreciate it when my
vendors do something which makes my life easier or remedies a mistake that I
may have made (not that this has ever happened). These are things that I don't easily forget. Conversely, I tend to get very upset when my vendors
brush offmy concerns and make my life
harder by not doing their part in our relationship. Again, these are things that I don't easily
forget. I think those are some basic characteristics of a
partnership rather than a contract. For those of you who are IOC clients, you can expect
to see more focus on trying to make your jobs easier. We will never be
perfect, but I know we will continuously strive to make your lives easier and
stress-free. If we haven't done our
jobs, I'm looking forward to working with you to make certain we accomplish
this task...to make your experience with IOC simple and painless. As always, feel free to reach out to me with any
questions or concerns.
Respectfully, Mike Lampron, CEO Imaging On Call P: 888-647-5979 x1011 E: mlampron@imagingoncall.com

'Round the Clock Services
|
| As
of June 1, 2010, Imaging On Call not only provides services during the evening
hours but now supplies additional teleradiology solutions throughout the day. The
expansion to daytime hours was from a direct need from our existing customers.
This new service offering provides new solutions to hospitals and allows IOC to
present daytime reading services to imaging centers that have a need and a
growing demand for subspecialty daytime reads.
Our
flexible service packages include full daytime coverage, vacation coverage and
coverage for scheduling gaps. Preliminary and final report options are
available and turnaround times may vary from 30-60 minutes for an emergency
interpretation to 24 hours for a non-emergent read.
If
you are interested in receiving additional information about this service or
would like to discuss additional coverage options, please contact Howard Reis,
Director of Business Development at hreis@imagingoncall.com
or at 845-891-2151.

Teleradiologist Spotlight
|
|
Welcome Back David Cohen, MD
David Cohen, MD has rejoined Imaging On Call as
teleradiologist after taking a one year "clinical sabbatical" in MSK imaging.
During this time, he attended a visiting MSK
MRI fellowship from Duke University and held a one year clinical appointment as
MSK MRI radiologist in Phoenix. This enabled him to complete testing
and credentialing qualifications for designation as a Premerus MSK subspecialty
Radiologist. Dr. Cohen started reading for IOC since its
inception in 2002 and is "very happy to be back with IOC. I am excited to
reunite with my colleagues and help Imaging On Call in its expansion to daytime
and subspecialty reads." Dr. Cohen recently relocated to Arizona with
his wife, children and new Golden Retriever "Prince." Welcome back to the Imaging On Call family! |
