Message from the CEO

Dear Colleagues,

Since I became CEO at Imaging On Call in July, I have focused on running the business according to our core values - Customer Centric, Excellence, Integrity, and Innovation.  By staying true to these values, Imaging On Call will continue to grow and become a better partner for our customers.

Currently, our most important initiative is ensuring our turnaround times are meeting our customers' expectations.  A cross-functional team has been created to address and solve the issue. In the coming months, the team's recommended changes will take effect and our customers will see an improvement in report turnaround times.

I know that managing a successful radiology practice is becoming increasingly difficult in these economic times.  I want to assure you that Imaging On Call is here to support your practice.  Please don't hesitate to contact me personally if there is anything we can do to improve our service offering for your practice or facility.

Sincerely,

Mike Lampron

Beth Dubovsky, M.D.

Working at Imaging On Call is one of the most rewarding experiences of my twenty-six year career in medicine.  As one of the founding radiologists, and the first Chief Radiologist at Imaging On Call, it has been a pleasure to participate in the growth of this talented group of people.  I have also enjoyed developing close working relationships with the clinicians we support, some of whom I have known since 2002.

Before coming to Imaging On Call, I held academic appointments at the University of Virginia and George Washington University Medical Center, and I was also a Staff Neuroradiolgist at Children's National Medical Center.  All of my previous experience has provided me with the confidence to interpret a variety of difficult cases as well as the ability to understand the greatest need of our customers in busy Emergency Departments - a prompt, readily decipherable, accurate report.

Despite being involved with teleradiology for many years, I am still in awe of the technology.  We are able to review imaging studies with a clinician anywhere in the world, yet we feel like we are providing patient care side-by-side.  At the end of the day, I know that we have provided a quality interpretation to the clinicians and patients that rely on us, and that is a very rewarding experience.
