Breast MRI Reports

Second Quarter 2009

Dear Colleague,

It is a privilege to write to you as the new CEO of IOC. I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you a little more about myself and talk about the direction of Imaging On Call.

Before Imaging On Call, I worked with Amicas (AMCS) as the Vice President of Services and General Manager of the Vision Series Financial Group, where I was responsible for establishing the company's professional services team and market strategy as well as the restructuring of the delivery group.  I've also gained significant operations and project management experience through positions with IDX Systems (IDXC), GE Healthcare (GE), and IBM (IBM).  These past experiences have given me great insight into the power of customer success, especially in an environment of economic recovery, and as leaders consider new strategies to innovate and differentiate.

I am confident in the team at Imaging On Call.  The employees are ready to step up, shape the future of the company, and take the business to the next level of performance.  Imaging On Call's core service will continue to be night preliminary reads but we will also continue the expansion of the business through final reads, daytime subspecialty reads, and strategic partnerships. As we perfect these services, we will be concentrating on sharpening the company's innovation agenda and delivering powerful new solutions to our clients.

My top priority is to energize our workforce to execute on key high-performance initiatives which will result in a more flexible and customer focused company.  As most of you are considering your new strategies, I hope Imaging On Call will be one of your most valuable partners in growth.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.  I look forward to working closely with all of our customers.

Sincerely,

Michael Lampron
CEO

Teleradiologist Spotlight
David Jacobs, MD, Chief Radiologist

Dr. David Jacobs
I have been a physician for 23 years, 6 of those as a teleradiologist.  Before coming to Imaging On Call, I worked in a hospital-based group for ten years until 2003, when my family and I decided to move to Israel.  The Cleveland, OH radiology group I was working with decided to partner with me in starting an Israel-based teleradiology company called NightVision.  We grew from 2 to 5 radiologists until we sold our company to Imaging On Call in 2008.

IOC has created an amazing virtual radiology department in which radiologists on both sides of the Atlantic, as well as Workflow and Information Technology teams, work together in a way that makes it feel as if we are all in the same office.

Dr. Jacobs completed his medical degree at the Albert Einstein Medical College in New York.  He went on to complete a residency at New York's Montefiore Medical Center and a two year Neuroradiology fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland/Case Western.  He currently holds a CAQ in Neuroradiology.
