First Quarter 2009

Dear Colleague,

I hope this finds you doing well.  I'd like to share with you what IOC is doing to remain focused and committed in executing our company's mission statement.  First, I'd like to welcome Dr. David Jacobs as our new Chief Radiologist replacing Dr. David Cohen.  Dr. Jacobs brings eight years of teleradiology experience to IOC.  Under his leadership and direction, I am confident we will continue to improve our delivery of quality patient care.  Dr. Cohen will remain with IOC in many capacities and I want to thank him for his service to the company.  I am happy that we will continue working together.  I would also like to welcome two new employees to IOC, Sean Kowaliw and Jason Santiago, whose focus will be to ensure our customers' needs are met.

I understand in these difficult times, there is a greater focus on operations and fiscal responsibility. We have worked with many of our customers to ensure their success by both measures.  At IOC, we continually work to improve upon these as well.  Everyone here remains focused on providing quality patient care and superior service.  We welcome the opportunity to customize our solutions to meet the needs of each individual customer.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can do to improve our service offering.

Sincerely,

Brian Phelan
CEO

Teleradiologist Spotlight
Libba Moseley, MD

Libba Mosely, MD
The best thing about working at IOC is the people that I work with.  The supportive and collegial spirit of the radiologists truly has a positive impact on patient care.  I've been working as a teleradiologist since 1995.  Before IOC, I was a solo radiologist covering for several hospitals and I felt very isolated.  The ease of case sharing and review at IOC makes the job here much more fulfilling and educational.  With a single mouse click, I can get a consult from one of the other radiologists, most of whom are fellowship trained.  It's not unusual for a complex case to be shared among four or five radiologists, so that within minutes, new ideas for diagnosis can be discussed with the referring physician.

Dr. Moseley completed her undergraduate studies at The College of William and Mary and earned a graduate degree at Duke University.  She completed her medical degree, residency and a fellowship in Breast Imaging at Eastern Virginia School of Medicine.
