Dear Colleague, I'd like to assure our valued current and future customers that providing quality patient care remains our top priority. We rely on our customers to help us provide that quality care; from the patient's arrival at the hospital, to receiving their radiology scan, to the treatment decision - we want to be a part of each patient's positive experience at our customer's facility. We view our company as an extension of the practices we serve and welcome the opportunity to work closely with each customer to deliver personalized service that meets their needs. In order to provide better service to our customers, over the next few months our new radiologists, 12 in all, will begin reading studies at night. As we continue to grow our business, we try to expand our services in reaction to our customer's demands. So at the request of our current and prospective customers, IOC is working hard in order to provide faster turn around on our reports and we will also be offering daytime coverage beginning in the first quarter of 2009. I welcome and appreciate feedback from all of our customers. Please feel free to contact me at bphelan@imagingoncall.com or 888-647-5979 x1008 any time.
Sincerely,
Brian Phelan

Many thanks to Kristen Lachance, our Colorado-based radiologist, for showing us some of Denver's finest restaurants.
