Imaging On Call, LLC Acquires NightVision Radiology, Inc. Expanding its Teleradiology Coverage
Poughkeepsie, NY-June 10, 2008-Imaging On Call, LLC, a U.S. based teleradiology provider and industry leader in patient care, has acquired NightVision Radiology Inc. of Mayfield Heights, OH. With the addition of NightVision, Imaging On Call (IOC) will increase its roster of physicians to 31 radiologists serving a growing and expanding base of U.S. hospitals and radiology practices.

The additional radiologists will allow IOC to expand coverage hours and provide customers with quality services in a timely manner. Imaging On Call has completed the acquisition of NightVision and expects to completely combine operations by July, 2008.
