Is that the smell of transition in the air? Did spring arrive where you are? This morning the summer winds began to blow here in Key West. Time to look at transitions, in season and activities.
YOTB welcomes Celine Peccatte back to Key West, and to teaching with us. She will be offering the Yoga Brunch this month (see below), as well as teaching classes for us at Ft Zachary through June. Yes that's right, although Nancy and Don are leaving mid May classes will continue through June this year.
Don and I are starting to think about packing and our trip north. Our departure will be right after our Key West Wellness Retreat weekend May 13-15. It will be a lazy ride up the east coast and we'll be arriving in time to kick off classes on the Cape Cod for Memorial Day weekend!

YOGA GREEK ODYSSEY: We have had great response to our Greek trip in October, with only 9 spots still available. Remember May 3 is the deadline for getting your deposit in for the early registration.

Like to Chant? Come join us in voice and spirit on the 3rd Monday of the month from 7-9. This month we meet on April 18.
Yoga And...Brunch
Anchoring with Iyengar, Celine Peccatte
One of YOTB's teachers, Celine Peccatte, has returned to Key West, and is teaching the Yoga And...Brunch class this month. She will be taking us through the process of grounding our practice in the tradition of Iyengar yoga. Rooting, anchoring, and mindfulness is a key to the growth of any yoga practice. Come join us and wear your swimsuit. We'll be offering Seavasana (Sivasana in the ocean) as an option, then drying off for brunch.
We meet on the 3rd Sunday offering a special yoga class, and then a potluck brunch. Come join us for class at 8:15 and stay afterward to enjoy breaking bread, and other goodies with us. Bring a little dish to share. We'll provide drinks and the setup, and as always Nancy's famous frittata.

What are you doing Memorial Day weekend? We will be kicking off our 10th season at New Seabury. We've made some changes to the schedule. Classes will be held Sat, Sun and Mon on Memorial Day weekend. Spring schedule includes Sunday mornings this year, and the Summer schedule begins June 20.
