Greetings!
We are back in Key West, settled in and creating lots of new opportunities for yoga practice on the beach.  It was an amazing trip to Brazil for Nancy.  Check out the blog for a reader's digest version from her journal and some pictures.

WHAT'S HAPPENING?...
Yoga is in full swing on the beaches of Key West.  If you have been thinking about trying yoga, or have a daily practice come on down and enjoy the gifts that an outdoor practice offer you.  Our teachers Nancy Don, Susan and Gail look forward to sharing this beautiful practice of yoga in nature, on the beaches of Key West with you.

Like to Chant?  Come join us in voice and spirit on the 3rd Monday of the month from 7-9.  Begins Nov. 15th.

Thinking of becoming a Yoga teacher?  Our Yoga Teacher Training has been approved as a 200 hour Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance.  Next program begins Nov 30, 2010 in Key West, FL.  Check out the link above for more details.  We still have a couple of spaces left, so sign up soon.

Want to know if class is happening?  You can check out our daily Tweets as the flow through onto our website.  If you are on Twitter, follow us at http://twitter.com/YogaontheBeach.   Find us on Facebook under Yoga on the Beach - you can add our page by "liking" us.

Change - Powering the Mind

This weekend we did the most amazing thing.  We changed time!  Come on, how powerful is that?  We as a collective consciousness of mankind decided to just change time.  We threw our clocks back one hour and declared "now it is this time."  Really, think of how powerful that is.

I don't know about you but it takes a few days for my body to agree with this new declaration from the mind.  My body says it is time to eat or sleep according to its rhythm, which is more interested in what it has been doing than what I am now telling it.  But here is what is so wonderful, after a few days it says - "Okay, if this is what we are doing I'm in!"

In Appreciation,
