KEY WEST CLASSES:
Fort Zachary Taylor State Park YOGA BRUNCH was a great success in February. Thank you for all those who came and made it a special time. We'd like to do it again, this time as a potluck.
Come join us Sunday morning, March 28 for Yoga on the Beach with Celine, and then we can commune together over food and conversation. We hope to see you there. Bring a dish to share, and we'll see you there.
CAPE COD CLASSES:
Spring is in the air and the crocuses are blooming! Winter may not be over yet, but we are planning for our Spring and Summer sessions on Cape Cod. I can feel many of you smiling already at the thought of Yoga on the Beach.
The season will kick off Memorial Day weekend, with classes on Sat, Sun and Monday mornings at 8:00 am.
UPCOMING OPPORTUNITIES - Meditation and Pranayama workshop March 13-14. Reiki II certification March 21.

Life Lessons by Don Bartolone

I
love the "rush" that comes with the aftermath of a life lesson that we actually
experienced rather than just read about or saw in a movie. Often it isn't
a lesson that's having its first round with us but the same lesson at a deeper
level. For me it came recently in the form of awareness.
Yoga
speaks of being aware or conscious, raising our consciousness and paying
attention, living in the moment without distraction and being immersed in the
activity at hand. Most of us are familiar with the most common forms of lack
of consciousness in the forms of sleep, watching TV, alcohol and drugs,
addictions, and so the list goes on.
