Greetings!

How exciting its November a whole month when we pause and give thanks.  In this month's article I share some thoughts on The Power of Gratitude.  As always Don and I celebrate each of you from a special place in our hearts and a deep sense of gratitude for having shared our yoga practice with you.

WHAT'S NEW?...

KEY WEST CLASSES:

Fort Zachary Taylor State Park
NEW CLASSES:  Starting November 22.

SUNDAY MORNINGS, beginning November 22, we will be adding Yoga Brunch at 8:15-9:45 with Céline Peccatte.  We are excited to be offering this 7th day of the week, and to welcome Céline back to Key West!  Once a month, after class, we will hold a potluck brunch.  It is a wonderful time to sit in community and enjoy the beauty of the beach.

MONDAY and FRIDAY mornings at 10:00-11:00 Céline will be teaching classes for those who like a later time slot. Look for Jenni Gerstle to return in January to teach these classes.

Southernmost on the Beach

Looking for an evening class?  Starting Wednesday evening November 25 we will be offering a 5:00 PM Yin Yoga class with Céline Peccatte. Come on down and enjoy this one hour class that will melt your stress away.

May each of you have many moments that are touched by the power of Gratitude in your hearts.  We look forward to seeing you on the beach soon.

by Nancy Curran

One of the simplest and most powerful gifts that we all possess is Gratitude. November is the month in which we take pause to be in Thanksgiving, a time to give thanks - to be in Gratitude.

As a child, born in November, I always loved this month but had conflicting feelings about Thanksgiving. As a small child I loved how the whole family would gather together for my birthday, and have such a big meal! As I grew I bit older I wished my birthday didn't conflict with the holiday. But even more confusing was the concept of this one day when we were "supposed" to come up with things to be grateful for.
