Greetings!
As September comes to an end and October arrives, transition is evident all around. Change, change, change! Yoga on the Beach is excited to announce all of the new classes, new times, new types of yoga, new teachers and more.
KEY WEST CLASSES: CLASSES BEGIN Nov 2
The Fort Zachary classes will begin on November 2nd this year. The Monday - Saturday classes are at 8:15-9:45 am, giving you a little longer to find your way out of bed and to class.
Nancy will continue to teach a Yin class on Thursday mornings, while Don will introduce Yoga Rhythms to the beach this season on Wednesday mornings. Come move to the percussive beat of rythmic sacred music while Don guides you through this flowing style of yoga.
MORE CLASSES: Starting November 22.
SUNDAY MORNINGS, beginning November 22, we will be adding class at Yoga Brunch 8:15-9:45 with Celine Peccatte. We are excited to be offering this 7th day of the week, and to welcome Celine back to Key West! Once a month, after class, we will hold a potluck brunch. It is a wonderful time to sit in community and enjoy the beauty of the beach.
MONDAY and FRIDAY mornings at 10:00-11:00 Celine will be teaching classes for those who like a later time slot. Look for Jenni Gerstle to return in January to teach these classes.
Southernmost on the Beach continues offering a Saturday morning class at 8:00-9:00 AM. Look for more classes to begin soon.
CAPE COD CLASSES: There was something very special that happened this season on the platform, and we want to thank all of you for being part of it. Yoga and a loving spirit was prevasive and "delish."
We look forward to seeing you on the beach soon.

6 Physiology Principles of Prosperity
by Nancy Curran |
|
I am reading a wonderful book, Anatomy and Asana:Preventing Yoga Injuries by Susi Hately Aldous and came across 6 physiology principles for yoga. My mind instantly thought of how these principles apply to life, period, and can be adapted to many facets of life. So I share with all of you another perspective on aligning to prosperity.
1. Principle of Individual Differences - Every one is different and therefore we experience and see life from a multitude of perspectives. Prosperity is that multitude, and we become aware from our own sense of individuality that we are part of something truly remarkable - a multi faceted, ever expanding, unlimited life of possibilities!
2. Principle of Overload - In order to adapt we must first find the edge of our comfort zone, and then step over it. If you want to maintain life at the current level than do not change anything. However, life in its abundance will change and you can either change with it, or use a whole lot of energy trying to remain the same. Struggle or flow?
