Greetings!
Here it is the end of August, with September starting to breath cooler air in our direction. Wow, the Mayans' prophecy of time changing is very apparent to me these days. It feels like it goes faster and with much more richness, encouraging me to flow with change. So that is what I have been doing lately, making lots of changes to Yoga on the Beach.
KEY WEST CLASSES: For September the Southernmost Friday class has been cancelled, and the Saturday morning class will be starting at 8:00 am. Come enjoy Yoga on the Beach with Susan Hartzell in Sept, while the sun is a bit lower in the sky, and the air still a bit cooler.
In November we will be adding more classes for the season.
The Fort Zachary classes will begin on November 2nd this year. The class time has been changed to 8:15-9:45 am, giving you a little longer to find your way out of bed and to class. We will start off with classes Mon-Sat, but look for more classes to be offered as the season progresses.
CAPE COD CLASSES: Summer is drawing to a close and we are doing it with a big splash! Labor Day weekend we will be having class on Sat, SUNDAY and Mon. The Sunday class will be our Yoga Party, with Yoga Rhythms, and our end of the season Thank YOU party. We welcome you to come move and groove both during the class and afterwards. There will be plenty for all!
After Labor Day, the September calender will be Yoga for Everyone on Fri and Sat mornings 8:00 AM, and Yin Yoga on Wed evenings at 6:00 PM through September 30.
Don't forget the last of the Yoga Unplugged classes Sept 13, Inversions/Another Perspective. It is sure to turn you upside!
Are you joining us in our practice on Sept 19, Global Mala Project? You don't have to be here to contribute. Just start now doing some sun salutations daily, keep counting and do 108! We are raising consciousness and money for Peace, and will contribute to the Carter Center or your favorite fund. We invite other Yoga Studios to join us in this event.
We look forward to seeing you on the beach soon-

September we will be turning ourselves upside down in the Yoga Unplugged class, offering an opportunity to look at life from another viewpoint. It is all to easy to get into a rut and begin to see things the same way, think in the same thought pattern, and feel things based on what was. Yoga gives us the opportunity to refresh ourselves, to become present and see things for what they are "in the now".
