Greetings!
In our last newsletter I spoke about change, and sure enough I am back again to share some wonderful things that are happening for Yoga on the Beach.
NEW LOCATIONS/ MORE CLASSES:
Yoga on the Beach is expanding to two locations in Key West. Starting March 4 we will be offering 3 classes per week at the Southernmost Hotel Group on South St, right on the beach. Yes, we have found another beautiful sandy beach to share the experience of yoga in nature with you. Two new morning classes on Friday and Saturday morning class at 9:00 AM and an evening class on Wednesday night (that's right a night class) at 5:30 PM. Check out our schedule for details.
BLOG: We now have a blog. This is a great way for us to communicate on a regular basis. So if you want more Yoga on the Beach check out our blog at blog.yogaonbeach.com. You can subscribe through the RSS feed, to receive updates on when we have added a new posting.
FACEBOOK: We also have a page on FACEBOOK! We'd love to have you be a fan, just follow the link above and then click on 'become a fan.'
Thank you to all who voted for Yoga on the Beach for the GLEE ( www.keysglee.com) Green Living award. Although we did not win, we were honored to have been nominated, and more importantly happy to be part of the consciousness raising mission of GLEE.
NEW OFFICE: One more shift that is happening is Nancy has a new office space she will be seeing her private clients at in Key West. True to her spirit on the water, the space is on a floating building with a great view. It is right off N. Roosevelt next to Banana Bay. If you'd like to book an appoinment for a private bodywork or yoga session call her at 296-7352.
