Greetings!
September is the most beautiful month, here on Cape Cod. The weather sparkles in cool dry air as the sun still warms us so radiantly. There is a quietude that settles over our little peninsula, as many of the summer guests have returned to their lives in other areas. And so things change...and so does our schedule as we finish classes on Cape Cod with a class on Sunday Sept 30th. Check out the website for the September Schedule. We begin classes on November 19th in Key West.
We are so very excited about our Global Mala Project, as our small group reaches out to become part of a Worldwide energy to make a difference. We are always enough to empower a change! Come join us on Sept 22nd for 108 minutes devoted to peace... GLOBAL MALA PROJECT for Peace in the World.
Something new is brewing at Yoga on the Beach. We will be offering a YOGA TEACHER TRAINING program. The course will be offered this winter season in the Keys starting in December. Look for updates on our websites, or contact Nancy with any questions you may have.
Registration for the reTREAT in Key West FL, Dec 7-9th, is nearing completion. Time to make your decision! A deposit of $100.00 will hold your spot, and the final payment is due by Oct 26th. Check out all the details and fun by clicking on our retreat link.
Many of you already know that Nancy will be traveling off to South Africa at the end of September. If you'd like to travel along with her you can check out the blog page on the website starting Oct 1. It will be lovely to feel the connection across the miles.

| LESSONS FROM DENIAL |
by Nancy Curran
When you speak do you listen? Can you hear your thoughts more clearly when they are given voice? Have you heard the echo of your own words as they leave your voice and reverberate into your own ears? What is it that you hear?
We love to portray ourselves in a lovely bright light of goodness. And why shouldn't we? We are divine beings! As we grow and expand we can find a whole lot of wisdom in our wishes, dreams and denials. Denials? What does she mean, you may ask. Well, let's take a look at denials, and the hidden message that lies in them.
On an energetic level our words express that which we feel, experience, observe or perceive. The words we use are a reflection of that which we have experienced on some level, either consciously or subconsciously. Language develops as we experience living, and is heavily influenced by the lens of our experiences, as well as the 'teachers' that surround us.

Peaceful Warrior - on dvd
based on the book by Dan Millman
This movie, like What the Bleep Do We Know and The Secret, brings spritual wisdom to us through the popular medium of the BIG screen. Many of you may have read the book almost 30 years ago, as Dan Millman shared with us his story of enlightenment while struggling through his college years as a gymnast at UCLA Berkeley.
Nick Nolte superbly portrays the "teacher" who Dan finds one night while wandering the streets in his sleepless angst. The wisdom he imparts to this young egomaniac is priceless, and will make you laugh and reflect on your own life deeply. It is a wonderful movie to share with friends on a Spiritual Cinema evening. | |
