| Dear Friends & Associates, |
It's been a while since you've heard from us, but that doesn't mean we haven't been thinking of you! We've been working hard through the winter and spring to improve our agency and make it the best it can be. Now with the first days of summer almost upon us, we're back feeling hopeful and energized and ready to proceed with our plans to grow our business. After all, we believe that people will always need people who are dedicated to delivering quality home care aide services and have an excellent track record of doing so.
Next month marks our 20th Anniversary of doing business in San Francisco! We plan to have a party by the end of summer to commemorate this special milestone, so, if you'd like to celebrate the occasion with us, don't hesitate to give us a call to get on our guest list. We're Now Offering Continuing Education for C.N.A.s & H.H.A.s
Good news! We've been accredited by the State of California to offer CEUs to Certified Nurse's Aides and Certified Home Health Aides. If you know anyone who needs the credits, call our in-house instructor, Claire Martin, LVN, to discuss the details. You'd be surprised how many aides let their certifications lapse and then feel sorry they did. So if you know someone who enjoys improving their knowledge and skills and getting credit for it, tell them to give us a call for more details.

We'd like to convey our heartfelt gratitude to our fallen heroes for the sacrifices they've made to protect our country, our people and our way of life. Our hats are off to you on this solemn occasion and may your lives serve as an inspiration to all Americans.
