Show up.
Pay attention.
Tell the truth.
Let go.
These are four rules that a dear teacher of mine shared with me years ago. They regularly prove to be the four most powerful statements in my Life. I find that if the 'letting go' part isn't happening so easily, I haven't done one or more of the other three very well!
Show up to life, pay attention to what has heart and meaning, speak your truth about what matters most and let go of the outcome.
Aaaahhh, I can feel the freedom from here.
