The Ghost Army

Each screening is gathered to introduce new films, new filmmakers and connect with one another over discussions of process and craft. The Docyard is a collaboration of the LEF Foundation, the Camden International Film Festival and Principle Pictures.

Family Affair,directed by Chico Colvard, continues to make festival rounds; appearing at the Roxbury International Film Festival, which runs July 29th - August 1st. Screening at Docu Weeks in Los Angeles, July 30th - August 5th; and NYC August 13th - 19th.

Public television's premier showcase for independent nonfiction film and video, seeks programs from all perspectives to showcase in its annual national PBS series. All subjects, aesthetic approaches and lengths are welcomed. Submit your film for consideration for the 2011 broadcast season and beyond.

America's Media Makers: Development & Production Grants.  Deadlines for both are August 18th.

National Endowment for the Arts The Arts on Radio and Television grants, support projects for radio and television arts programs that are intended for national broadcast. Grants generally range from $10,000 to $200,000. Deadline: September 2, 2010.

ITVS  Open Call Deadline

The Lynn and Jules Kroll Fund for Jewish Documentary Film
