Burnaby, BC, July 16, 2009 Travelers Acceptance Corporation announces the appointment of Ron Barker to lead its Health Care finance business as "Managing Director, Health Care Finance".
Ron has established and consulted in the establishment of various Governments, Health Care and Business partner networks nationally and internationally. Most recently Ron returned to Canada after successfully founding a Tea Co-Op in China, medical tourism organizations in Brazil, India and the Philippines.
Ron's mandate is to help providers of Health Care related Products and Services increase their revenue, cash flow and profits through the development of superior financial solutions. Solutions that permit a larger number of Canadians to affordably and instantly address their personal Health Care needs.
Ron brings a background in finance and international marketing. He has owned a number of successful businesses and understands the problems of being an entrepreneur and owning a business. He has been certified in life insurance, mutual funds, mortgage brokering and worked towards the Urban Land Economics diploma at UBC.
