Al - Raspberries and Medjool Dates "Can't go wrong with nature's candy!"
April - Black Lacinato Kale "I love eating it plain, lightly steamed with lemon juice, cut finely in a salad or dehydrated to make kale chips."
Casey - Lacinato Kale "Steamed with lovely olive oil, fresh lime juice and the Naam Miso Gravy."
Cathy - Spicy Avocado Dip "I blend together avocados, cilantro, garlic, jalapenos, plum tomatoes, red onions and lime juice then serve with tortilla chips."
Chanyce - Asparagus "I love it baked with olive oil, lots of garlic and salt/pepper to taste!"
Chris - Cauliflower "I love lightly steamed cauliflower topped with a garlic-ginger sauce that includes tahini, miso and fresh lemon and then served with sun dried tomatoes on polenta."
Doug - Beets "Cut into slices, steamed and then sprinkled with dill and Spectrum Organic Balsamic Vinegar, toss to coat and eat warm. So Good."
Heather - Simple Guac "I like avocado, sea salt, lemon juice and Herbamare mixed together. It's deliciously good with corn chips or in wraps with salsa. Yummy!"
Liza - Raspberries "I like Olympic Krema Greek Style Yogurt topped with Nature's Path Ginger Zinger Granola and raspberries."
Melanie - Mushrooms "I love adding different types of mushrooms to my awesome homemade cream of mushroom soup recipe."
Nadia - Baby Bok Choy "I like so many different fruits and veggies, but right now I love steamed Baby Bok Choy on a bed of quinoa with a homemade tahini-chipotle sauce."

Rhonda - Roasted Root Vegetables "Roasted carrots, golden beets and parsnips tossed in herbs, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and maple syrup and I add chopped asparagus at the end for a delicious dish."
