All donors to the Marginal Way Preservation Fund are invited to the first Annual Meeting of the membership of the nonprofit organization.

Space is limited at the brief session, which will be held Wednesday, July 11, at the Welcome Center of the Chamber of Commerce, 36 Main St., Ogunquit, Maine.  

The short agenda (from 8:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. only) will include approval of new directors, a report from the Treasurer, and a notice of upcoming events. 

Promptly at 9 a.m., the annual public meeting will adjourn, and the quarterly private meeting of the board of directors will begin.
