 Yes Fried Chicken!! Always a treat growing up and now I get the opportunity to enjoy it on the West Side a few times monthy! It is great to dine in or to take it to go. I recently had the pleasure to visit Refuel on "Fried Chicken Friday" with a friend and we were lucky enough to get the last two orders. It is so popular that they run out! For only $18 you receive 3 pieces of Polderside Farm's chicken, a jalapeno biscuit, gravy and a seasonal side. These are big pieces of chicken seasoned to perfection and their house made biscuit and coleslaw compliments the meal perfectly. The gravy tops off this delicious dish and keeps me coming back for more!
