Since our produce is both fresh AND local, we're down to potatoes, potatoes and more potatoes. Sheldon Farm is a six-generation Washingtong County farm specializing in potatoes (over a dozen varieties), sweet corn, maple syrup, pumpkins, flowers and more. Their potatoes (and other veggies, too) are gracing the menus at restauarants in NYC, Albany, Saratoga Springs, Lake George, Southern Vermont and beyond. As founding members of the Slow Food Saratoga Region convivium, members of the Saratoga and Dorset Farmer's Market Associations, and members of Pride of New York, they are no strangers to top quality food.
