Blonde Fruitcake
 This is not your typical fruitcake! Black Cat's Blonde Fruitcake is light, full of the finest-quality dried fruit, wrapped in cheesecloth, and soaked in Cointreau and Grand Marnier. Sugar Plums
 If your customers are looking for dried fruit confections with low sugar content have them look no further. These classic holiday treats are made from dried plums, dates, and apricots, spiced with allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg and sweetened with maple syrup. They're soaked in Apple Jack and rolled in flaked coconut. They're so yummy, we're having a hard time not eating them all ourselves! Fig Balsamic Drizzle
 Made from Calmyrna Figs and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, this is reduced to a marvelous syrupy drizzle. Use pure on salads, fresh strawberries or make dressing with 2 parts extra-virgin olive oil to 1 part drizzle.
