Sugar Plums
If your customers are looking for dried fruit confections with low sugar content have them look no further. These classic holiday treats are made from dried plums, dates, and apricots, spiced with allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg and sweetened with maple syrup. Fig Balsamic Drizzle
Made from Calmyrna Figs and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, this is reduced to a marvelous syrupy drizzle. Use pure on salads, fresh strawberries or make dressing with 2 parts extra-virgin olive oil to 1 part drizzle. Shelf-stable for 6-12 months. Refrigerate after opening.
