Many of you have expressed interest in buying sustainably raised beef from a local source and we've been listening.  We are excited to announce that we are now offering 100% grass fed ground beef (85/15) from Hardwick Beef. 

Hardwick is a family farm collective with farms in NY, VT, ME, and NH who are all committed to rotational grazing and raising beef without the use of antibiotics or added hormones.  Their beef is tasty and tender, healthful, sustainable, and local!
