wild hib in champ fluteDrop a Wild Hibiscus Flower into a Champagne flute and watch it slide gracefully to the bottom of the glass.  Bubbles envelope the flower and the petals slowly unfurl.  The Champagne will graduate from crimson at the bottom to light pink at the top.  Your customers will love the dramatic show this flower will put on!

Adam & Eve Martini Recipe

wild hibiscus martinit
Note: 1oz = 30ml = 3cl

2oz vodka
3oz apple puree (baby food is smoothest!)
1oz Wild Hibiscus flower syrup
Wild Hibiscus flower, cherry & chopstick for garnish

Method:
Stuff Wild Hibiscus Flower with cherry.  Skewer from side with chopstick.  Shake together remaining ingredients on ice.  Strain into glass.  Lay chopstick over the glass.
