Elyros XV Olive Oil is produced from Cretan Olive trees called "Koronaeki"  in the Apokorona and Sfakia regions of Crete, Greece.  Some of these trees are the oldest in the world - being thousands of years old - and are considered the best to produce olive oil. 

When the olives are mature, they are collected by hand, processed at a traditional olive mill in Stylos, Apokornas, where they are cold pressed only once.  They use tradition methods of pressing to secure the highest nutritional value and give it the perfect aroma and taste.
